PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Online orders are processed by Shopify (Visa, Master Card, American Express), which guarantees the absolute safety of all shopping cart transactions.

 

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 48 hours of the receipt acknowledgement. Canada Post’s expedited service takes 2 to 5 business days. However, please note that legal holidays that fall on the weekend may be moved, at our discretion, to the previous Friday or the following Monday. A tracking number is automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@ecoeteco.com

Delivery is free for order over $50 for Canada only except for: Ile de la Madeleine, Baie James,as well as all areas exceed central destination more specifically north area, Labrador,Yukon, Nunavut and North West Territory 

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.  Address should have a valid civic number.

 

VACATIONS AND LEGAL HOLIDAYS

Christmas holidays and Easter Monday : closed from December 24th to January 4th 2010

Victoria Day : the Monday before May 24th

Fête Nationale du Québec : June 24th

Canada Day : July 1st

Labour Day : 1st Monday in September

Thanksgiving : 2nd Monday in October

Should a technical problem beyond our control arise, a message will be posted on the screen.

 

SALES TAXES 

Sales taxes will be applied on taxable products in accordance with the governing laws.

Sales taxes are calculated according to the end destination and not their shipping point.

Québec : GST 5%         + PST 9.975%

British Columbia, Ontario 13%

Alberta, Manitoba,  Saskatchewan : taxes: 5%

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia,  : taxes: 13%

 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

In the case of a defective product, you must ask for a return authorization by e-mail at info@ecoeteco.com by supplying the following information: name and description of the product, quantity to be returned, invoice number and date, reason for exchange or refund. Once we have received the merchandise, you will be sent a confirmation that your request is being processed. Shipping costs are not refundable. We accept returns within thirty (30) days of the shipping date. Manufacturers’ guarantees apply.

 

NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE

Certified organic Bedding product are not returnable neither exchangeable related to tracability and hygienic reason. 

Please note that the afore-mentioned do not include defective products, which may be returned according to our returns policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

  

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made before the goods are shipped. If the cancellation is made once the goods have already shipped, you must return the order at your expense and the refund will be issued once the goods have been received and checked. Please advise us of your wish to cancel your order as soon as possible at achetervertenligne.ca

 

CHECKING MY ORDER STATUS

You may check your order status by accessing your account. A confirmation e-mail is sent to you as soon as the order is processed. You may then check on the status of your order and track its delivery. If for any reason you have not received a confirmation of your order within 48 hours of placing it, please contact us by e-mail at info@ecoeteco.com

 

BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS

If a product is on backorder or sold out, a message to this effect will appear at the time of the order.
