COMPOSITION:
Bio-Citrus™ is a complex compound of limonoid glycosides and bioflavonoids which, are biologically active phytochemicals (naturally occurring from plants), derived from the peel, seeds and pulp of citrus fruit (Citrus Limon), specifically the pericarp (seed cover), flavedo and albedo layers. The final product is hydrophilic.
The complex compound concentrate of Organic Acids and Citrus Extracts is the platform for many of our products for industry as well as the consumer. This compound has been developed to inhibit and eradicate bacteria such as:
• E. coli
• Salmonella
• Listeria
• Campylobacter
• Staphylococcus
to name a few, as well as moulds and fungi
